Situation and Goals

Client was approaching a hurdle of losing numerous clients due to dropping a specific type of insurance. They knew they needed to bring in new clients, and saw their opportunity with expectant mothers. They wanted to hone in on specific offices they had in Bartlett, Germantown, and Collierville.

Campaign Strategy:

The strategy of the campaign was to rebrand the clinic and target young and expectant mothers. They wanted their name to be associated with pediatric care and well child visits.

Increased website traffic, more Facebook engagement, high view-through conversions

Overall:

Website traffic has increased 7% in sessions and 8% in users! New traffic to the site has grown 10%! Looking at device growth, mobile traffic increased by 20%. Your website demographic for September was 80% women and 20% men. Most traffic is 25-34 year olds, at 40%.

City:

Traffic coming from Memphis has increased 17%, and Bartlett has increased 40%! Germantown has also increased by 17%!

Traffic:

This digital campaign is your #3 source of traffic to your website, following organic and direct. The traffic has the highest percentage of new sessions to your website, 92% being new! Organic and direct traffic continue to grow, with 3% growth in organic and 16% in direct.

Pages:

Their was a slight increase in the Location and Hours page, with a 10% increase of time on that page. The Well Child Immunizations page has also increased in session duration, by 32%!

The clinic tasked our team with helping with new creative concepts, and strategy for the 2016 year.

We also proposed to continue with the same strategy but adding in Search Engine Marketing to assist with generating leads.
